The origin of Colorful Red (also called Chinese Multicolor Red) is Hubei Province, China.

Like Indian Multicolor Red, Colorful Red has a red background color with fantasic black veins. According to the color, it is divided into dark red and light red. This material is not very stable. The blocks’s color, grain and veins might be different even mined from the same quarry. Its main defects are black spots, crystal lines and cracks. Colorful Red blocks are rarely sold to other places. They are mainly processed into slabs, tiles, landscape stones, and various stone craft products by local factories.
