This villa is located in Croydon district, the east of Melbourne, Australia. It is a large garden villa built by the Moulton Family, covering an area of about 50,000 square meter. The outer wall of the whole building is made of natural sandstone bricks, using a large number of stone lines, doors and windows cover lines, according to the simple French style decoration, make the whole building solemn and quiet.
The main outdoor square is yellow granite, and black granite border. Square center use black, yellow and white granite made medallion. The garden gate is a pair of stone lions, and the entrance is a large fountain and garden path as well as a swimming pool. The interior is mainly made of white and beige marble, and decorate “Fleur de Lis” marble medallion that design by owner on the floor and wall, it make the interior design style simple and fashion.
